J.P. Morgan's Markets Sales & Solutions Drive the Future program in Colombia offers undergraduates and recent graduates a structured training path to develop technical and interpersonal skills while gaining exposure to global financial markets and client relationships in Bogotá.

The role is full-time and in-person, with opportunities to work across Sales, Trading, Structuring, Research, and Banking teams, delivering market insights, pricing analyses, and tailored client solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree student in final semester, or recent graduate in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Full‑time commitment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with an interest in financial markets.
• Proficiency in AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Support the sales team with market analysis, client coverage activities, and day‑to‑day business initiatives.
• Assist in preparing pricing analyses, client presentations, market updates, and commercial materials.
• Contribute to design and development of hedging, investment, and financing solutions tailored to client needs.
• Work closely with Trading, Structuring, Banking, Research, and other internal partners to support client opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in client meetings and internal discussions alongside senior team members, helping foster and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Assist with transaction follow‑up, operational processes, controls, and documentation to ensure high standards of client service.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives that enhance team productivity and client engagement.
• Maintain a strong understanding of risk, compliance, and control standards.

Through a structured training and development experience, participants receive educational content designed to help them navigate the organization, develop key technical and interpersonal skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the JPMorganChase culture. They will also gain exposure to the firm’s culture, values, and organizational structure while building a strong professional network.

During journey in our program, you’ll collaborate with our expert professionals to influence and shape decisions and initiatives that support our businesses across the firm. You'll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment.

In Colombia, DTF opportunities are open to undergraduate students and recent graduates with no prior work experience. Participants are hired for an initial 6-month period, with the possibility of extension up to 24 months based on participant performance, feedback, and business needs. This role requires full-time, in-person availability in Bogotá only.

Join J.P. Morgan's Markets Sales & Solutions team and gain hands‑on exposure to global financial markets, client relationship management, and financial solutions for leading Financial Institutions and Corporate clients in Colombia. Through the Drive the Future Program, you will develop technical, analytical, and commercial skills while working closely with senior professionals across Sales, Trading, Structuring, Research, Banking, and other areas of the firm.

As a Markets Sales & Solutions Drive the Future, you will support the team in delivering market insights, pricing analyses, client solutions, and business initiatives across foreign exchange, rates, credit, financing, and derivatives products. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn about financial markets while contributing to a high‑performing and collaborative environment.
