JPMorgan Chase is offering a 6-month, full-time, in-person training program in Bogotá, Colombia, open to undergraduate students and recent graduates with no prior work experience. You'll join the Sales and Trade Support team to learn trade capture, reconciliation and lifecycle management for the Colombia CEM desk in offshore and onshore markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics or a related field
• Full-time commitment
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong track record in finance with knowledge of Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange products
• Derivatives know-how is highly desirable
• Understanding of derivative transactions and trade events is a plus
• Knowledge of programming tools such as VBA, Python, R or others is a plus
• Thorough knowledge of region, products, market/industry and client base is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity

Aufgaben

• Control environment and document safekeeping.
• Provide support to the front office and sales team to process trade capture, reconciliation and lifecycle management.
• Contribute analysis of new product or system implementations.
• Partner with offshore teams to process offshore trade management and life-cycling.
• Help to develop SOP`s and SharePoint sites to consolidate operational models.
• Help the S&TS team to align business requirements with technology to enhance current operational models to comply with FO business priorities.
