Aceolution in Medellín, Colombia seeks a Finance Process Trainer specializing in AP, AR & GL to deliver process training and develop learning materials. You will provide onboarding and coaching to finance operations teams and help drive continuous improvement across process documentation and SOPs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with policies, client requirements, and effective performance coaching.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance operations.
• Hands-on experience in AP, AR, and GL.
• Experience in finance training, coaching, mentoring, or team support.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver training on AP, AR, and GL finance processes.
• Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for finance operations teams.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, process guides, and knowledge documents.
• Assess trainee performance and provide coaching feedback.
• Train teams on invoice processing, reconciliations, payments, collections, and reporting processes.
• Identify knowledge gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance Managers, Operations, and Quality teams to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with finance policies, accounting standards, and client requirements.
