Aceolution is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day finance support operations, ensuring service excellence and KPI achievement. The role focuses on managing AP/AR teams, improving processes, and driving operational reporting for internal and client stakeholders.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in operations management, with leadership experience, and strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, with English fluency and Spanish proficiency preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing finance operations, preferably Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, workforce planning, and operational reporting.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of AP & AR Associates, Team Leads, and Trainers.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
• Drive process improvements and implement operational best practices.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and operational standards.
