Monks is seeking a Revenue Analyst to join the Corporate team in Bogotá. The role supports the finance team with billing operations, revenue recognition analysis, and implementing scalable systems and processes.

You will review contracts for IFRS15, collaborate across functions on revenue scheduling, and work with delivery teams to resolve discrepancies while reconciling COGS and net revenue.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor degree completed in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years accounting experience, minimum 3 years revenue/billing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Experience working with multiple computer systems and large data sets.
• Adaptable and quick to learn in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience in AdTech or technology startups preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review contracts/IOs/SOWs to ensure appropriate approval and IFRS15 requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners for appropriate revenue scheduling.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to resolve proof of delivery discrepancies promptly.
• Reconcile COGS accrual and bills to accurately reflect net revenue.
• Develop and maintain metrics for senior leadership.
• Identify process improvements and coordinate with other departments to improve billing/accounting efficiency.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
