GEA Group is seeking a Filling & Packing Service Engineer – Automation to deliver expert automation and controls support during service interventions, maintenance, troubleshooting, and startup of filling and packaging equipment. You will operate across customer sites in Colombia, ensuring reliable machine performance and compliance with quality standards.

Formación

Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems (PLC, HMI, servo drives, sensors, industrial networks).
Hands-on problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic production environments.
Experience with design tools (2D/3D) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Provide automation and controls support during service interventions and startups.
Troubleshoot and maintain filling and packaging equipment to ensure reliable performance.
Coordinate with sales, procurement, and engineering teams for project execution and commissioning.
Lead technical discussions, reviews, and clarify customer requirements.
Contribute to problem resolution and root cause analysis on-site and remotely.
