Nordicrecruiters is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Bogotá, Colombia to manage building operations and drive maintenance programs. You will lead a small team, coordinate external vendors, and ensure safety standards across the workspace.

The role emphasizes proactive maintenance, strong technical knowledge of building systems, and collaboration with IT and security teams in a fast-growing business hub.

Formación

• Experienced in facilities management, building operations, or maintenance supervision.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to coordinate teams and external suppliers.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and safety‑focused.
• Calm problem-solver who adapts to changing priorities.
• Clear communicator with stakeholder management (C1 English).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily facilities operations ensuring clean, safe, and efficient buildings.
• Coordinate maintenance activities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and external service providers.
• Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance to prevent failures.
• Lead on-site inspections and implement safety protocols.
• Liaise with security, IT, and operations to support business needs.
• Maintain records like maintenance logs and vendor contracts.
• Support renovations, office moves, and space reconfigurations.
