The Intern Group is seeking an Experience Coordinator to support both Medellín-based and virtual intern programs. This full-time role focuses on creating engaging, culture-rich experiences for international interns, organizing events, and providing essential support during their stay.

You will lead community-building activities in Medellín and design online events to connect participants globally. Strong English/Spanish, event coordination, and customer-service mindset are essential.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating events (in-person and virtual) and engaging participants.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders across cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and host cultural, professional, and social events for interns in Medellín to foster a welcoming community.
• Coordinate online events and networking sessions for virtual interns; manage group interactions.
• Serve as primary point of contact for intern support, address questions, and handle feedback with empathy.
• Oversee inbox management and maintain an active event calendar with in-person and virtual activities.
• Assist onboarding and pre-internship experience; support administrative tasks for smooth operations.
• Create and implement content strategies; produce engaging multimedia content for the intern community.
