Audubon Companies in Bogotá seeks an Expeditor to drive on-time delivery of equipment, material, and documentation across projects. You will coordinate with suppliers and the project team, monitor progress, and implement recovery plans to meet milestones.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in expediting/supply chain and at least 5 years in oil & gas procurement. Exposure to documentation controls and QA/QC is valued.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in expediting and supply chain.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement for the oil & gas sector.
• Knowledge of project expediting, supply and delivery.
• Knowledge of packing and shipping processes and customs operations.
• Experience reading Purchase Orders, Specifications, and Data Requirements and Engineering Drawings.
• Ability to consolidate and analyze information to develop expediting plans.

Responsabilidades

• Follow expediting plan based on criticality ratings and project schedule.
• Interface between Suppliers and Project Team to ensure PO documentation is delivered on time.
• Monitor delivery progress in line with purchase order commitments.
• Expedite to achieve milestones and on-time delivery of equipment.
• Provide expediting status / tracking reports to the Project Team.
• Work with Supplier and Project Team on recovery plans if schedules slip.
