Audubon Companies is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to join our Bogotá, Colombia Office. This role plans and executes cost and schedule control for projects under guidance, analyzes variances, and communicates mitigation plans to Project Management.

You will lead development and implementation of work breakdown structures, scheduling, and project coding to ensure contract integrity. Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of cost control and scheduling experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong English communications, B2+ level.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing cost estimates and project schedules.
• Prepare budgets and resource allocations.
• Analyze and report project costs and progress.
• Monitor cost control using cost engineering principles.
• Coordinate with project team to update cost and schedule.
• Review contractor changes for accuracy.
• Assist with financial controls and invoicing reviews.
• Interface with project personnel on credit/earned value rules.
