JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Colombia seeks an Executive Director, Senior Corporate Banker to own and grow relationships with large corporate clients, delivering a full suite of banking solutions.

You will lead deal teams, structure complex credit and capital solutions, and represent the firm to CFOs and C-suite executives with disciplined risk management. You will drive end-to-end execution, maintain strict regulatory and risk controls, and mentor junior bankers while expanding a senior client

Formación

• 15+ years of corporate banking or relevant client coverage experience.
• Strong credit acumen and sophisticated understanding of complex capital structures.
• Proven origination and revenue generation track record at scale.
• Deep knowledge of banking products spanning credit, treasury, capital markets, and advisory.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead and work in a cross-cultural team environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own, manage, and grow a portfolio of large corporate client relationships with revenue and client satisfaction accountability.
• Originate new business and cross-sell the full product suite, including lending, treasury services, IB advisory, markets, and trade & working capital solutions.
• Serve as senior trusted advisor to CFOs, Treasurers, and C-suite executives on financing, capital structure, and liquidity decisions.
• Lead deal teams, structure complex credit and capital solutions, and drive end-to-end execution to close.
• Partner across investment banking, treasury services, markets, and product partners to deliver the whole firm to clients.
• Mentor junior bankers and contribute to talent development and team performance.
