Citi is seeking a senior Client Executive Manager in Colombia to lead a 9-person team of Client Executives and oversee 129 clients with revenues around $383.4MM. The role partners with Institutional Banking to deliver strategic solutions, manage risk, and drive cross-selling across Citi products.

The candidate should have 15+ years in global finance, 8-10+ years in management, and hold a Bachelor’s degree with a Master’s preferred, fluent in English and Spanish. Full-time, Colombia-based role.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in a global financial institution.
• 8-10+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience leading client service as an account manager or manager of service team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of Client Executives and work closely with the Sales team.
• Understand clients’ business needs and deliver solutions, cross-selling Citi products.
• Own regional service issue escalations and incident reports; maintain governance.
