Gallagher is seeking a skilled UAT Lead to drive user acceptance testing for a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 deployment covering Project Operations and Finance and Operations. You will design the testing plan, coordinate across integrations, and oversee test automation with AccelQ and workflow management in Azure DevOps.

You will collaborate with business users, developers, and system integrators, reporting progress, risks, and next steps to leadership, with advanced English required.

Formación

• At least 7 years of program-level PM experience with QA/UAT for ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, PM, or related field.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Experience leading UAT for Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Project Operations and Finance and Operations.
• Managed testing for multiple integrations in a global environment.
• Experience using AccelQ to support test automation.
• Experience with Azure DevOps to manage testing tasks, tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to explain complex testing issues in simple terms to business users, developers, and senior stakeholders.

Overview

You’ll lead user acceptance testing for a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation covering Project Operations and Finance and Operations, focusing on multiple integrations, test automation through AccelQ, and testing workflows in Azure DevOps.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Lead the UAT approach for the programme, building the testing plan, schedule, and testing process for the Dynamics 365 modules in scope. Coordinate testing across integrations, ensure test cases align with business needs, and use AccelQ and Azure DevOps to manage testing activity, reporting, and progress.

Work closely with business users, developers, and system integrators to resolve issues, share updates, and keep the release on track. Keep leadership informed on progress, risks, and next steps.

About You

• Ability to explain complex testing issues in simple terms to business users, developers, and senior stakeholders.
• Additional certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum) or experience with ERP testing risk management beneficial.
