Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) seeks an experienced UAT leader to drive testing for a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 rollout, focusing on Project Operations and Finance and Operations.

You will translate business needs into tested plans and work with business users, developers, and system integrators to keep the release on track. You will own the UAT approach, build the testing schedule and process, manage test automation with AccelQ, and administer Azure DevOps workflows and reporting.

Formación

• You have at least 7 years of experience in program‑level project management with a focus on QA and UAT for ERP systems.
• You have a bachelor’s degree.
• You have an advanced English level (both written and spoken).
• You have led UAT for Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Project Operations and Finance and Operations.
• You have managed testing for multiple integrations in a global environment.
• You have used AccelQ to support test automation.
• You have worked with Azure DevOps to manage testing tasks, tracking, and reporting.
• You can explain complex testing issues in simple terms to business users, developers, and senior stakeholders.
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
• It would also help if you have PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification, or experience with ERP testing risk management.

Overview

You’ll lead user acceptance testing for a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. The work centres on Project Operations and Finance and Operations, with a focus on multiple integrations, test automation through AccelQ, and testing workflows in Azure DevOps. You’ll help turn business needs into testing plans that are clear, well‑tracked, and ready for delivery.

How you’ll make an impact

You’ll lead the UAT approach for the programme, building the testing plan, schedule, and testing process for the Dynamics 365 modules in scope. You’ll coordinate testing across integrations, make sure test cases line up with business needs, and use AccelQ and Azure DevOps to manage testing activity, reporting, and progress.

You’ll work closely with business users, developers, and system integrators to resolve issues, share updates, and keep the release on track. You’ll also keep leadership informed on progress, risks, and next steps, so decisions can be made quickly and with the right information.
