Liberty Specialty Markets is seeking a professional with approximately 3 years of quality experience to support quality processes, data reporting and process optimization. You will work under the Quality Manager and interact with multiple areas to improve delivery.

Responsibilities include quality audits with third-party vendors, calibration, SOP development and data documentation. Proficiency with Power Apps and Microsoft tools will help automate workflows and strengthen QA outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Quality audits & compliance: Oversight of audits by 3rd party vendor to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Plan, conduct and report quality audits completed by 3rd party vendors and maintain productivity as directed.
• Identify non-compliance or quality gaps during audits and provide corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to quality standards and timely address deviations.
• Quality controls & calibration: Establish and maintain quality controls to meet specifications and standards.
• Perform and manage calibration to ensure accuracy of QA processes.
• Support SOP development and implementation to ensure repeatable and reliable quality processes.
• Process optimization & best practices: Contribute to QA methodology development and optimization based on industry standards.
• Ensure QA processes are efficient, scalable, and high quality; reduce waste.
• Identify opportunities for QA improvements via automation and data-driven insights.
• Conduct moderate complexity assessments to influence and improve results.
• Recommend solutions for identified issues.
• Reporting & documentation: Maintain clear, organized documentation for audits, reviews and QA improvements.
• Provide clear feedback to QA Manager and ensure quality goals are met.
• Create reports to ensure data and trends analysis.
• Power Apps & Microsoft Solutions development: Design and implement custom applications using Power Apps to automate workflows and improve quality processes.
• Develop integrations between Power Apps, Power Automate and other Microsoft tools to optimize operations.
• Stakeholders collaboration: Ensure clear communication of project goals, progress, and changes.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with project back-ups and QA manager to align expectations and timelines.

Professional with 3 years’ experience in Quality to provide support in quality process, continuous improvement and process optimization. This role ensures the quality and accuracy of our data and reporting processes. This role combines technical expertise in business analysis, data reporting and quality assurance to optimize business processes and ensure effective process delivery. This role will have moderate supervision from the Quality Manager and must interact with various areas to meet the objectives.

Job responsibilities:

Quality Audits & Compliance:

Oversight of quality audits completed by 3 rd party vendor to ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

• Perform and manage the Calibration process to ensure consistency and accuracy of QA processes and methodology.

• Support the development and implementations of Standardize Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure repeatable and reliable quality processes.

Process Optimization & Best Practices:

• Contribute to the development and refinement of QA methodology and frameworks based on best practices and industry standards.

• Ensure that all QA processes are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and quality, reducing waste and increasing productivity.

• Identify opportunities for QA processes improvement and efficiency gains through automation and data-driven insight.

• Execute moderate complexity assessment to identify opportunities for modifying behaviors to help influence and improve current and future results.

• Recommend solutions to address areas identified in analysis.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain clear, organized documentation to support quality audits, reviews, and QA process improvements.

• Provide clear and actionable feedback to QA Manager, ensuring all quality goals are met.

• Create reports to ensure data and trends analysis.

Power Apps & Microsoft Solutions development:

• Desing and implement custom applications using Power Apps to automate workflows and improve quality processes.

• Develop integrations between Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft tools to optimize operations

Stakeholders Collaboration:
