InterScripts seeks an Epic Inpatient Analyst to implement, configure, support, and optimize Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation and/or Orders, with WestCom Nurse Call integrations. The role requires collaboration with nursing, physicians, informatics, and IT stakeholders to improve inpatient workflows and order management.

This is an on-site position in Medellín, Colombia (no remote work). Mandatory Epic Certification and at least 3 years of hands-on Epic Inpatient experience are required,

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation and/or Orders.
• Epic Clinical Documentation and/or Epic Orders Certification is mandatory.
• Experience supporting or integrating WestCom Nurse Call systems.
• Experience in Epic build, configuration, implementation, testing, and production support.
• Strong understanding of inpatient clinical workflows, nursing documentation, medication workflows, and CPOE.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, maintain, and support Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation and/or Orders.
• Support WestCom Nurse Call integrations with Epic.
• Gather, analyze, and document clinical requirements from nursing and physicians.
• Design, test, and deploy Epic enhancements and system changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Willow, ASAP, Radiant, Beaker, MyChart.
• Perform testing, interface validation, and UAT; develop build documentation.
