Lean Tech in Guatemala seeks a Junior Data Analyst to support the master data management for a U.S.-based client. You will process data requests, review information for accuracy, update records, and communicate with suppliers.

This entry-level role requires basic Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication. The position is on-site in Guatemala with Mountain Time scheduling and collaboration across teams.

Formación

• 0–1 year of experience in data entry or related field.
• High school diploma or GED.
• English proficiency at least B2.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite.
• Ability to manage structured data and follow procedures.
• On-site work in Guatemala with Mountain Time schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Process and maintain master data records across designated systems and applications.
• Review data requests for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Create, update, and validate records per procedures and business rules.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize, review, and validate data.
• Monitor email communications related to data requests and updates.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to obtain missing information.
• Support data-related requests via ServiceNow and other apps.
• Review reports to identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Assist with Valance loads and data-loading processes.
• Document updates and maintain accurate activity records.
• Escalate incomplete requests or system issues to the team.
