Kaizo is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to manage enterprise customers across North and South America. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Customer Success with experience in B2B SaaS and be fluent in English and Spanish.

Your role will involve onboarding customers, relationships management, and ensuring long-term value realization. Fast-paced and collaborative, you'll help shape how Customer Success scales at Kaizo while working alongside the established team.

Formación

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management roles.
• Experience with enterprise customers in North & South America.
• Confidence to run executive-level conversations and QBRs.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of enterprise customers in North & South America.
• Drive onboarding, adoption, value realization, and renewals.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
