Kasada seeks an experienced Enterprise Integration Specialist to advise and guide enterprise customers on Kasada solutions and infrastructure. You will lead complex integration projects, document customer setups, and resolve advanced issues across CDNs and web applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a related function with direct customer projects.
• Experience in a highly technical integration role and JavaScript troubleshooting would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor for our Enterprise customers.
• Lead complex Enterprise customer integration projects.
• Understand and maintain documentation around customer infrastructure and Kasada configuration.
• Resolve complex customer support tickets involving CDNs, source code, and web apps.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve application issues and communicate progress.
