Salesforce, Inc. in Bogotá seeks an Account Executive with a strong technical background to drive Agentforce and Data 360 solutions for enterprise clients. You will identify opportunities, map client needs to Salesforce’s platform, and collaborate with the sales team to close complex deals.

The role requires deep AI/data awareness and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical buyers, with a proven track record in challenging technical sales within B2B environments.

Formación

• Experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within highly technical context.
• Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and how to map to customer needs.
• Strong ability to articulate AI-driven solutions to non-technical buyers and translate to business value.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in technical sales environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a technology sales background.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and position Agentforce and Data 360 opportunities with potential customers.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Sales team to drive growth at current and new customers.
• Explain how Salesforce product stack delivers tailored solutions within client architecture.
• Conduct technical discovery to analyze business problems and demonstrate impact at scale.
• Source, qualify and map opportunities to the ideal customer profile.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover critical business needs and align with Agentforce/Data 360 capabilities.
• Create POVs showing tangible value across technical and business partners.
• Work cross-functionally to present a unified Salesforce client experience.
