Massive Bio is seeking a physician to serve as the clinical voice inside trial delivery. You will explain why a trial is enrolling or not, and what changes are needed, working with clinical operations, marketing and provider engagement teams and joining sponsor meetings.

You will collaborate with leadership across markets to ensure accurate patient matching and escalate clinical risks. The role requires an MD in oncology, fluent English, and experience with trial protocols and biomarker testing;

Formación

• MD in oncology with clinical trial exposure.
• Ability to interpret funnels, dashboards, and enrollment reports.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate clinical trial funnels from patient ID to enrollment and identify why patients do not enroll.
• Diagnose enrollment blockers by cause (eligibility, biomarkers, data availability) and propose fixes.
• Set eligibility/biomarker guidance for clinical ops, marketing, and provider engagement teams.
• Improve the clinical accuracy of patient matching to trial protocols.
• Join sponsor meetings and provide oncology insight to the delivery team.
• Contribute medical input to kick-offs and delivery reviews for new and underperforming trials.
• Escalate clinical risks and enrollment blockers to leadership.
