Massive Bio in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking an Enrollment Delivery Manager to scale our operational engine that converts AI‑matched patients into enrolled trial participants. You will own the enrollment funnel end to end—qualification, site referrals, screening, consent, and randomization—and lead a team of Project Managers as volume grows, coordinating across clinical operations, technology, and external partners.

Formación

• 5–8 years of operational delivery experience in a multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Experience owning an end-to-end delivery funnel and reducing bottlenecks.
• Proven ability to scale an operational function in a fast‑growing org with repeatable processes.
• Experience coordinating across sites, vendors, clients, CROs, and internal teams across countries.

Responsabilidades

• Own the enrollment funnel from qualification to randomization.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, technology, customer success and external partners.
• Build dashboards and analyze data to drive throughput and decisions.
• Lead a team of Project Managers as volume grows.
