Five9 is seeking an Engineering Operations Manager to own the tooling, processes, and integrations that support Product Engineering and Technical Program Management. The role emphasizes engineering productivity, AI-assisted SDLC tooling, and mentoring junior teammates while driving adoption of improved workflows across diverse teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in engineering operations, tooling, integrations, or process management.
• Proficient in Python and REST API integration patterns (auth, pagination, rate limits, retry).
• Git and PR-based workflow experience.
• Practical use of an LLM as a working tool, including evaluating outputs.
• Strong written communication for executive and technical audiences.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and drive best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Own tooling platform strategy and automation for Jira, Confluence, Jellyfish and future tools.
• Build and maintain integrations between systems using REST APIs and scripting.
• Provide technical leadership and review for junior developers.
• Transform Jira/Jellyfish data into reliable executive metrics and reporting.
• Support program and release management with tooling and data guidance.
• Standardize tool usage across engineering, product, and TPM teams.
• Partner with leadership to reduce friction in day-to-day workflows.
