Amadeus seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a development hub in Bogotá, shaping the future of Airline Disruption Solutions and driving innovation across a diverse team. You will hire, mentor, and empower engineers, product analysts, and QA to excel in a global, collaborative environment.

You will own a multi-faceted roadmap, balance budget and resources, and partner with architecture and solutions teams to deliver scalable, high-performance software systems.

Formación

• Experience leading software engineering teams and delivering complex systems.
• Strong collaboration across product, architecture, QA and other stakeholders.
• Hands-on with software development, architecture and coaching.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a staff-level team, set objectives and conduct reviews.
• Define team vision and translate into concrete action plans.
• Collaborate with architecture, QA and other teams to ensure scalable systems.
• Manage budgets and development plans for the unit.
• Oversee production support and respond to customer inquiries.
• Drive testability, stability and performance of software systems.
