TechTree is seeking an Engineering Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering to lead a team that integrates AI into clinical workflows across LATAM. This remote role focuses on building and delivering automation and integrations inside clinical settings.

You will build and lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, set technical direction for RPA and AI-powered workflows, and own deployments from scoping to go-live with health systems and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software development, automation or systems integration.
• 2+ years leading engineers, Python and JavaScript, APIs and SQL
• Fluent Spanish

You’ll build and lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, set technical direction for automations and integrations, and own client deployments from scoping to go-live.
