Job summary

ENG is seeking an Electrical BIM/VDC Director for US projects. You will own the Electrical BU strategy, P&L, and delivery across complex data centers and facilities. Lead a distributed team of BIM professionals and coordinate closely with clients and project teams to ensure superior results.

Remote role based in Latin America, with US time zone alignment and occasional travel. Strong hands‑on BIM, leadership, and US‑facing experience are essential to drive growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in Construction & Engineering with strong electrical background
• Hands‑on BIM experience, model using Revit/Navisworks/Bluebeam/ACC/Teams
• Experience delivering US‑based BIM MEP projects, US standards familiarity
• Experience leading BIM/VDC teams across remote and multi‑seniority groups

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, financial health, operations, and growth of the Electrical BU.
• Lead a multi‑layer team of PMs, BIM Coordinators, Tech Leads, Job Captains, Modelers.
• Bridge between clients, project execution and financial performance to ensure quality delivery.
