Job summary

ENG is seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Project Manager to oversee multiple US-based projects, coordinating electrical BIM modeling and client relationships. This is a 100% remote role open to LATAM-based candidates.

You will lead teams, manage scopes and schedules, and ensure QA/QC using Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and MS Project. A degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering and 6+ years of BIM experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering, construction, or BIM/VDC projects.
• Experience leading teams, assigning tasks, and managing schedules.
• Strong client-facing skills with scope and schedule discussions.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices.
• Familiarity with US codes and standards (NEC, NFPA).
• Experience with ACC, BIM 360, Revizto or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with Revit and Navisworks.

The Role

As an Electrical BIM Project Manager, you’ll oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing not only the technical aspects of electrical BIM modeling and coordination, but also people, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

This is a management-forward role with strong exposure to business strategy, team leadership, and client-facing responsibilities—while still requiring a solid understanding of Revit and Navisworks for electrical deliverables.

You’ll act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Technical Skills

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering, construction, or BIM/VDC projects.
• Proven experience managing projects from initiation to closeout.
• Experience leading teams, assigning tasks, and managing schedules.
• Strong client-facing skills and experience with scope and schedule discussions.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices.
• Proficiency with Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience with electrical BIM/VDC coordination and clash detection.
• Previous electrical design or field installation experience.
• Familiarity with US codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, etc.).
• Data center or healthcare project experience.
• Experience with ACC/BIM 360, Revizto, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing remote teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
