Diageo, based in Bogotá, seeks an experienced logistics professional to lead day-to-day logistics operations. You will coordinate inbound/outbound flows, supervise 3PLs and carriers, and ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

Proficiency with SAP and Excel, plus strong Spanish with intermediate English, is essential. The role focuses on improving service levels and operational metrics in a dynamic market.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Post-graduate education in logistics and/ operations is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish required; English proficiency at a medium level.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation and warehouse activities.
• Supervises team leaders and coordinates with 3PL and carriers.
• Maintains metrics, reports, process documentation and training records.
• Resolves problems related to transportation, logistics systems, imports/exports and customer issues.
• Implements cost and process improvements to optimize service and OTIF.
