You will manage the P&L, drive trade negotiations, forecast demand, and ensure service levels that deliver profitable growth.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships based on trust and collaboration.

Formación

• The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth.
• Experience in managing P&L, trade negotiations and in-market execution is essential.
• Ability to develop and lead Joint Business Plans and build long-term partnerships with key customers.

• Own the P&L, negotiate terms, and ensure flawless execution and service levels.
