Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking an experienced E-commerce Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based e-commerce and digital commerce roles.

This remote, full-time contractor position requires sourcing, screening, and presenting top candidates while coordinating with clients to close offers. You will build talent pipelines, drive sourcing strategies across Marketing, Operations, Product, Tech, and Customer Experience, and ensure smooth onboarding with our People & Compliance team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience recruiting e-commerce or digital business roles for U.S.-based companies.
• Fluency in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. business hours (PST overlap preferred).

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job intake, outreach, interview coordination and offers.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to different e-commerce roles (e.g., Digital Marketing, Performance, Operations, Product, Tech, Customer Experience).
• Conduct structured interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and commercial mindset.
• Partner with the People & Compliance team to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline health.
• Stay up to date on e-commerce hiring trends, in-demand roles, and compensation benchmarks.

Requirements Must-Haves for the Role

• 3–5 years of experience recruiting e-commerce or digital business roles for U.S.-based companies.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce-related positions such as E-commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, CRM Specialist, Marketplace Manager, UX/UI, Product, or Operations roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
• Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. business hours (PST overlap required).

Nice‑to‑Haves for the Role

• Experience recruiting remote e-commerce talent in LATAM or the Philippines.
• Familiarity with independent contractor hiring models and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with DTC brands, marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart), or omnichannel businesses.
• Background in staffing agencies, startups, or high-growth companies.
