Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. seeks an experienced E-commerce Operation Manager in Bogotá to scale digital commerce ecosystems. You will own end-to-end marketplace operations, including Mercado Libre and Amazon, and drive profitable GMV growth with strong data-driven strategies.

The role requires 5+ years in e-commerce operations, English at a professional level, and advanced Excel plus AI-enabled analytics capabilities to optimize inventory, pricing, and campaigns.

Formación

• 5+ years in E-commerce, marketplace operations and digital commercial management.
• Hands-on Mercado Libre and Amazon backend optimization, listings, and ads.
• Strong SI/DO/SO inventory forecasting, distributor management, and P&L optimization.
• Fluent/Professional English (C1 preferred).
• Advanced Excel and data analytics, with AI-enabled analytics experience.
• Strategic, adaptable, proactive, and collaborative.

We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and hands‑on E-commerce Operation Manager with 5+ years of experience to scale and manage our digital commerce ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end marketplace operations (Mercado Libre, Amazon), distributor alignment, inventory forecasting, and high‑ROI Retail Media management.

We need a candidate with a strong strategic mindset, high adaptability, and fluent English skills to drive profitable GMV growth and execute seamless commercial strategies.

• Supply Chain & Financial Acumen: Strong expertise in SI, SO, DOS, inventory forecasting, distributor management, and P&L optimization.
• Languages: Fluent / Professional English (C1 level preferred - required for daily work, international communication, and reporting).
• Technical & Digital Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools, and strong reporting capabilities.
