Cencora is seeking a TPRM specialist to identify and report third-party risk across our operations in Colombia. You will support due diligence, contract review, and issue management while ensuring thorough documentation in the risk management system.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, business administration, engineering, information systems, or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management, privacy operations, incident management, compliance operations, or related field.
• Certification in privacy, risk management, compliance, or information governance preferred.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with ability to communicate with managers and employees.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Smartsheet.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, measure, and report operational and Third-Party Risk Management risks.
• Support onboarding and due diligence by ensuring risk assessments are completed.
• Assist in due diligence documentation and evaluation of third-party relationships.
• Execute issue management end-to-end for third parties.
• Maintain third-party risk documentation in the risk management system.
• Analyze vendors for risk using the system of record and reporting tools.
• Consult with business leaders to manage change when required.
• Provide risk oversight for process improvement projects.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings to senior management.
• Review contracts for required terms and conditions.
