Quorum Software in Bogota, Colombia, is hiring a Customer Success Engineer – Dynamic Docs to build strong relationships with new and existing customers, manage onboarding, and provide best practices, technical support and user training on the Dynamic Docs application.

The ideal candidate will combine technical savvy with excellent communication, project management experience, and knowledge of upstream oil and gas.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 4-year degree from an accredited university.
• Experience working with software products in a support, development, testing, or implementation capacity.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, IF).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Customer service oriented with mature judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and customer support troubleshooting via phone and support portal; train new users and promote adoption to advocates.
• Follow and contribute to processes for onboarding new customers.
• Provide feedback to product and development teams for feature requests and improvements; participate in QA testing.
• Track time, document relationships, and manage risks in the CRM system.
• Prioritize support and development tasks and allocate time; ensure customer retention; configure the application.
• Collaborate with Dynamic Docs & Land Team, Outsourced Development Teams, and customers.
• Handle product-related customer issues and contribute to successful maintenance and development of the business.
