Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related analytical discipline.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Answer questions on system functionality and configuration.
• Analyze complex business requests and translate for teams.
• Triages and documents issues for engineering or product management.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business and technical specifications for implementations.
• Create documentation and knowledge base content.
