Job summary

adidas is seeking a Team Lead GBS eCommerce to drive end-to-end Ecomm operations in the DTC/CS area within GBS across LATAM. You will lead a medium-sized team, ensuring accurate and timely financial and operational processes while maintaining strong control environment.

The role emphasizes process excellence, cross-functional collaboration with Finance, and partnership with regional markets to enhance performance. English fluency is required and a proactive, detail-oriented leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business/economics/finance or equivalent professional education.
• At least 4–5 years of experience in similar functions.
• Proven work experience in people management and leading a medium-sized team.
• Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Ecom Operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of daily, monthly, quarterly, and year-end activities.
• Coach, train, motivate, and appraise team performance to foster a culture of operational excellence.
• Drive partnerships with local markets in LATAM to enhance regional alignment and performance.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for DTP/SOPs and data to support operations.
• Report Ecom KPIs accurately and on time.
• Ensure internal controls compliance and coordinate with internal/external auditors.
