Marathon Talent is seeking an E-Commerce Director to lead the brand's online business, driving growth across all digital channels. You will own the Shopify site and connected marketplaces, setting strategy, optimizing the customer journey, and delivering a luxury online shopping experience.

Required: 8+ years in e-commerce and a track record of USD 8M+ annual online revenue; strong Shopify, analytics, CRM, and leadership skills; bilingual in English and Spanish.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital commerce management.
• Experience driving USD 8M+ annual e-commerce revenue is a strong plus.
• Strong expertise in Shopify platforms, online retail operations, and digital sales channels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the global e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee site merchandising, product assortment, pricing, and promotional calendars.
• Monitor KPIs, customer behavior, and sales performance metrics.
• Optimize website conversion, user experience, and customer journey.
• Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
• Lead and develop the e-commerce team while establishing priorities and workflows.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and successful campaign execution across channels.
• Identify and implement new technologies and growth opportunities.
• Maintain brand consistency and luxury standards across all online touchpoints.
