AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to manage migrations between environments, ensuring production and staging reliability, on-call incident response, and ongoing improvements to observability, automation, and Kubernetes-based infrastructure. Weekend migrations and CI/CD pipelines remain essential.

The role requires experience in SRE/DevOps for production SaaS, strong GitOps and cloud skills, and solid English communication.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps/Production Operations.
• Experience supporting production SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar).
• GitOps experience and strong Git fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate applications between environments; weekend migrations required.
• Monitor and support production and staging environments in real time for high availability.
• Respond to incidents, perform triage and root cause analysis, and participate in post-incident reviews.
• On-call rotation with defined SLAs.
