AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to manage migrations, ensure reliability, and improve observability across production and staging environments. Expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, GitOps, and CI/CD is required, with on-call readiness and weekend migration support.

You will collaborate across Product, Support, and internal teams, maintaining monitoring, dashboards, and automated workflows while supporting GitOps pipelines and IaC practices.

Formación

• 2+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Operations.
• AWS experience supporting production environments.
• Experience supporting production SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
• GitOps experience and strong Git fundamentals.
• Experience using GitHub, Jira, and Confluence in collaborative engineering environments.
• Kubernetes experience (EKS, kOps, or similar).
• Observability stack experience (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, PagerDuty).
• Scripting: Bash, Python, or Go.
• IaC: Terraform, Helm, or similar.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Weekend availability for migrations when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate applications between environments; weekend migrations.
• Monitor and support production and staging environments in real time.
• Respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in on-call rotation with defined SLAs.
• Handle ad-hoc operational requests from multiple teams.
• Maintain and enhance monitoring, dashboards, logs, and metrics.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, production releases, and GitOps workflows.
• Contribute to automation to reduce toil.
• Maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure and containerized workloads.
• Support Infrastructure as Code practices and environment improvements.
