AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to maintain production and staging environments, migrate applications, and improve cloud infrastructure automation.

You will monitor reliability, respond to incidents, and participate in on-call rotations, while enhancing observability and CI/CD practices. The role requires weekend availability for migrations, strong scripting skills, and experience with AWS EKS, Kubernetes, and IaC tools.

Formación

• 2+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Operations.
• Demonstrable AWS EKS experience supporting production environments.
• Experience supporting production SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar).
• GitOps experience and strong Git fundamentals.
• Experience using GitHub, Jira, and Confluence in collaborative engineering environments.
• Kubernetes experience (EKS, kOps, or similar).
• Observability stack experience (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, PagerDuty, or similar).
• Scripting experience (Bash, Python, or Go).
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Helm, or similar).
• Working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Comfortable working within structured operational processes and SLAs.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self-driven with a growth mindset.
• Weekend availability for application migrations between environments when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate applications between environments; weekend migrations as needed.
• Monitor production and staging environments in real time.
• Respond to incidents, perform triage and root cause analysis.
• Participate in on-call rotation with SLAs.
• Handle ad-hoc operational requests.
• Maintain and enhance monitoring, logs, dashboards.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
• Contribute to automation to reduce toil.
• Maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure and containerized workloads.
• Support IaC practices and environment improvements.
