AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to maintain production and staging environments, migrate applications, and enhance cloud infrastructure reliability and automation. You will manage CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, and IaC practices in a fast‑paced, production SaaS setting.

You’ll participate in on-call rotations, handle incidents, and collaborate with Product and Support teams. Weekend migrations may be required, and strong English communication is essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Operations.
• Demonstrable AWS EKS experience supporting production environments.
• Experience supporting production SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.).
• GitOps experience and strong Git fundamentals.
• Experience using GitHub, Jira, and Confluence in collaborative engineering environments.
• Kubernetes experience (EKS, kOps, or similar).
• Observability stack experience (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, PagerDuty, or similar).
• Scripting experience (Bash, Python, or Go).
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Helm, or similar).
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate applications between environments; weekend migrations may be required.
• Monitor production and staging environments in real time for high availability and performance.
• Respond to incidents, perform triage and root cause analysis; contribute to post-incident reviews.
• Participate in an on-call rotation with defined SLAs.
• Handle ad-hoc operational requests from Product, Support, and internal teams.
• Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, dashboards, logs, and metrics; improve observability.
