Job summary

Clove Dental in Sherman Oaks is seeking a Dental Front Office Lead with significant dental experience and treatment planning knowledge (PPO, Dentical, HMO). They will guide the office front desk independently and ensure smooth patient flow.

Key duties include appointment scheduling, greeting patients, handling recalls, presenting treatment plans, verifying insurance and co-payments, and driving daily production toward goals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Front Office Lead preferred (1–2 years).
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Open Dental software experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage office flow.
• Greet patients and manage recalls.
• Present treatment plans and handle PPO/HMO considerations.
• Verify insurance and collect co-payments.
• Ensure daily office production meets goals.
