Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll shape targeting, budget calls, roadmap and narrative during client conversations, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, handle budgets and testing, implement reliable tracking, and drive 90-day roadmaps and long-term client growth through retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements and pipeline impact.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budgets, bids, targeting, testing, and campaign optimization.
• Set up reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels.
• Lead 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and explain results.
• Drive account growth via retention and upsell relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Demand Generation Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
