BairesDev, a leading tech services firm, is seeking a Database Administrator to maintain production databases, ensure data integrity, and optimize system resources. You will monitor performance, implement backup and recovery strategies, and manage replication and HA configurations to keep services responsive.

The role requires 5+ years in DBA, hands-on experience with SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres or MySQL, advanced SQL (T-SQL/PL/SQL), and strong English.

• Proven expertise with production databases like SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (T-SQL or PL/SQL) for performance tuning and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with backups, replication, and HA/DR strategies.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Database Administrator at BairesDev

As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the health and performance of our production data environments. You will ensure data integrity and availability by managing critical database operations and optimizing system resources.

What You'll Do:

• Administer and maintain production databases.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL languages such as T-SQL or PL/SQL for performance tuning and database optimization.
• Hands-on experience managing database backups, replication, and implementing high availability and disaster recovery (HA/DR) strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
