Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Portfolio Governance & Strategy Lead to direct the Strategic Portfolio Management capability across MedTech Supply Chain Digital. You will align investment decisions with enterprise priorities, manage governance forums, and drive value realization through analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting.

The role partners with Digital Leadership, Finance, PMO, Product, Technology, and Business teams to optimize resource use and execution, ensuring end-to-end

Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional work experience.
• Complex global Project, Program, or Portfolio Management leadership.
• Strong strategic leadership and business acumen with alignment of investments to priorities.
• Deep expertise in portfolio governance, demand management, prioritization, and investment planning.
• Experience establishing governance forums, intake processes, stage gates, and executive decisions.
• Experience governing portfolio and project technologies, system integration, and automation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Strategic Portfolio Governance across MedTech Supply Chain Digital and align with enterprise priorities.
• Manage demand intake, prioritization, gating, and investment review processes.
• Develop portfolio roadmaps and drive maturity through standardization and continuous improvement.
• Provide executive transparency via dashboards, reports, scorecards, and scenario planning.
• Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and budget alignment for the portfolio.
• Integrate tools (Planisware, JIRA, Quickbase, Power BI) across strategy to execution.
• Coach and develop teams; collaborate with Digital, Finance, PMO, Product, and Tech partners.
