AgileEngine is seeking a Data Platform Engineer to design, build, and support scalable data pipelines on the Databricks platform.
You will work with AWS, serverless architectures, and microservices, administering RDS Postgres and Aurora databases while following Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps practices.
Minimum 3 years of software development experience and strong English proficiency are required for this role.
Formación
- 3+ years of software development experience building commercial applications.
- Experience with the Databricks platform and Unity Catalog.
- Experience administering RDS Postgres and Aurora databases; knowledge of SQL Server.
- Proficiency with cloud technologies including AWS, serverless, microservices, CI/CD, IaC.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps practices.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
Responsabilidades
- Architect, design, and deliver high-quality code independently using best practices.
- Diagnose and fix production issues.
- Communicate with the development lead to raise issues and anticipate barriers.
- Build scalable enterprise applications with strong CS fundamentals.
- Develop scalable, highly available components with frontend and backend architectures.
- Seek evidence via PoCs, tests, and external research.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
