Job summary

Equinix, the world’s digital infrastructure company, is seeking a data analytics professional to support data exploration, reporting, and client insights. You will work with Power BI dashboards, Excel analyses, and automation tools to turn data into clear business value.

Responsibilities include data exploration, ad hoc reporting, client communication, and data quality audits. Strong analytical skills and experience with Power BI and Excel are required; knowledge of Python/SQL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI and dashboard development is required.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Smartsheet is a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data Exploration: Explore data within files to identify trends and relationships.
• Ad Hoc Reporting: Create basic reports and visualizations for client requests.
• Client Management: Contact clients to clarify requests and explain insights.
• Analytics Coaching: Train new joiners on analytics tools.
• Data Audit and Cleansing: Contribute to data quality audits and corrections.
• Scheduled Reports: Produce predefined reports per schedule and share with stakeholders.
• Customer Care: Support accounts with low to moderate complexity.
