AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that convert enterprise data into actionable insights. You will model data, define KPIs, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and governance.

The role requires strong SQL, BI, and data integration skills, plus experience with Snowflake and SAP data sources. This position offers flexible remote/hybrid work with international collaboration.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPIs, and data consistency.
• Experience onboarding data from enterprise sources.
• Troubleshooting across data solution layers.
• Strong communication to non-technical audiences.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify data and coordinate data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
• Collaborate to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
