Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. seeks a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights.

You will design data models, integrate Snowflake and SAP HANA sources, and partner with business and IT stakeholders in an Agile environment. Lead data modeling, transformation, and KPI definitions, ensuring data quality and governance while delivering reliable analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
• Experience onboarding data from enterprise source systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving across data solutions.
• Strong communication to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports delivering clear insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify data and coordinate availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake & SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → platform → model → Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and common KPI definitions across teams.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization to support decisions.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• - Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• - Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
• - Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• - Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data, understand source structures, and coordinate data availability.
• - Support the onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources.
• - Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the complete flow from source system → data platform → semantic/model layer → Power BI.
• - Collaborate with business data owners and technical teams to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
• - Promote reusable data models, common KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions instead of isolated reports.
• - Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective data visualization and the use of analytics to support decision‑making.
• - Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• - Work in an Agile delivery environment and collaborate with distributed and remote teams.
