AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

You will design data models, engage with stakeholders, and coordinate data onboarding across Snowflake and SAP HANA environments. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL and data modeling skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical data solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs and data needs.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics and visuals.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding/integration of data into the enterprise platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues end-to-end.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decisions.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic and KPIs.
• Work in Agile with distributed/remote teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE

MUST HAVES

  WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
  • Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
  • Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data, understand source structures, and coordinate data availability.
  • Support the onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources.
  • Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the complete flow from source system → data platform → semantic/model layer → Power BI.
  • Collaborate with business data owners and technical teams to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
  • Promote reusable data models, common KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions instead of isolated reports.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective data visualization and the use of analytics to support decision-making.
  • Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
  • Work in an Agile delivery environment and collaborate with distributed and remote teams.
