AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. You will translate business requirements into data models and visuals while coordinating with IT and data source owners.

The role emphasizes strong SQL, data modeling, and governance skills, with collaboration across business and technical teams in an Agile environment. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPIs, and data consistency.
• Experience onboarding data from enterprise source systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication across technical audiences.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
• Coordinate with IT and source-system owners on data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues end-to-end.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, reliability, and consistency.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
